FishScale is a burger joint that makes their patties exclusively from fish. Chef Henry Williams made his first fish burger at a family cookout for his mother, who was a pescatarian at the time. To his surprise, though, he found the meatless alternative impressed pescatarians and meat-eaters alike. A few years of culinary training later, along with some coaxing from his mother, Chef Williams opened the FishScale to rave reviews.
